The main point by intending to start a fitness program in order to sustain ones health is the time problem. Isn’t there anything on the market which is Not Time Consuming? Most of those programs require a lot of time. We need to spend many hours in the gym, which is frustrating after a while, for everybody, myself included. So, what would you say if I could offer you something like this: “only training 7 minutes a day, 3 times per week“ ? Supposingly you will not believe me. Most of you would say this is just hype.
