Easy For Beginners?

People like to say, fitness programs are difficult, frustrating and boring.. come on, isn’t there something which is Easy For Beginners? Something which is easy to learn, no science, no show. Simply for the average Joe. Believe it or not and no problem at all, I found something like that and it works great as well. But easy and short workouts in the gym, is that really meaningfully? Not only is this the fact of the matter, it is even the best we can do for our body health. The program I found is something like that ยป it’s called “only training 7 minutes a day, 3 times per week“. Every beginner can follow without a doubt and it is not time consuming as well btw. All I can say is, it’s making sense to be informed, and it’s very very cheap, which is no bad thing at all.
